Lead Artist behind the camera, laptop, and printer at The Studio & Print Lab in Milton, Washington. We mostly photograph the diverse weddings of Washington State & love when our couples return for additional milestones with their families.

I love the Studio like I love my family. Of course, family comes first but this work is my baby. When my feet hit the floor in the morning, I'm thinking business. My clients, prints, photoshoots, creative opportunity, and goals. I'm an enneagram 8 if that means anything to you.

High fashion is so much fun to me. I do hope to grow into high fashion photography some day. I'm also a big foodie. Fancy restaurants are my jam. Lately? Whiskey Prime Steak house at Angel of the Winds Resort. Almost through the full menu! Treveri + Mac & Cheese with crab, please!

After feeling like every one around me was starting a photography business, I finally admitted to myself that I genuinely wanted to try, too. The difference? I made a "No Quit" promise.

After showing up for work 50+ hours a week for two years, business blew up! I photographed and edited 43 weddings solo. Shaking crying in my bed the day before Thanksgiving, I promised I'd never overwork myself like that again.

I became a leader. Not just working my business but owning it with pride by training editors, album designers, assistant photographers and sacrificed profit for quality. We looked back on our portfolio and realized how lucky The Studio was to have captured so many cultures. We niche in Diversity by calling.

Diversity, Dependability, Quality,

Our studio values found us. Then, we chose them.

We niche in meaningful relationships from allover the world because diversity found us before any other niche. The Studio has experience with traditional and blended American, Pakistani, Indian, Islander, mixed racial, same sex, plus size, big height difference, Catholic, Protestant, Chinese, and Muslim weddings. I remember the day I got a message from a photographer friend, "How did you get a Muslim, Indian, and Chinese Tea Ceremony Wedding in the same season?!" That's when I realized my studio was innately called to serve diversity.

It wasn't about what we wanted, it was about what our community needed. Then, we wanted that. Later, The Studio was incredibly busy. I was a new business owner and due dates were knocking at my door faster than I could process. I pulled late nights & early mornings to meet every expectation. I left early to arrive early. Dependability was instilled in me as a classical musician & veteran and easily translated into this company. The concern of Quality slacking due to long work hours was nagging my mind constantly. I realized, then, Quality would be a team value forever. We pulled even longer hours to ensure nothing was compromised. Today, we hire the best and stay well rested!

Grab a coffee or Green Tea, Day Designer, crank up the heater (any time of year), and take a seat on The Studio couch...just kidding, please don't. I like to be alone in the morning, just like this...plus, I'll probably sit crisscross on the floor and be there envisioning all the things for hours. In my head is my favorite place to be. Then, I'm fully charged to photograph your 60-250 person wedding! I have photographed close to 200 weddings and climbing!

Clynn loves the outdoors more than most...he doesn't "plan hikes" or "go camping". He just goes outside. First thing in the morning...all afternoon...rain or shine. This guy just walks outside all the time. If I wake up and can't find him, he'll be just outside the window, sitting under the moon. Clynn is a first class Dad, mathmagician, insanely supportive partner, and an artistic second photographer. He has documented around 60 weddings and climbing!

Whenever we need an extra hand in The Studio, we know we can call on Augustus! He's worked off and on for our family for a couple years and is so dependable. If you stop by The Studio, you may find him tidying, nannying James & Lio in the back office, prepping packages, organizing, or printing photos! He's learning a bit of photography but is mostly focused on his music at Passarino.

While Clynn and I are dreaming up plans in The Studio or editing side by side, these boys can often be found playing with legos or Nintendo in the back office!
