In honor of the new commercial jobs I’ve been booking I thought I’d share some of the Hair Salon Commercial work I did for Love Your Haiir Co. this fall.
When I photograph product for small business I’m thinking about their brand, website layout, and social media. My goal is to create images that stand strong on their own, and may also be used to lay words or graphics over.
I’m thinking of the colors their brand uses, and ample negative space.
This gives them unique and on-brand imagery to announce sales, giveaways, or share new business information on any platform.
Brianna can also use these images to announce her new product line or if she wants to start an online shop with the images down the road.
For those of you who don’t know, Brianna at Love Your Haiir Co. is the creative mastermind behind my pink hair. She specializes in creative color but also offers on-site hair and makeup services.
I took these images, culled them, edited them, and uploaded them to about an 80 image gallery while my foil set. It was the most productive salon trip in history!
