PART FIVE Nisqually Wildlife Spring Mini Sessions!

I can’t believe I still have Spring Mini Sessions to back blog! Spring Minis were taken in April & May and delivered in time for Mother’s Day! They were taken at Nisqually Wildlife Refuge and all came out so wonderfully.

The Ardon family had a rough start. When they arrived the clouds began dumping rain. We found some cover and decided to click a few photos while we waited to see if things would clear up. Right before we decided to reschedule the skies opened up and we were ready to roll. Even through the rain, we finished our session within the mini session time slot. It was amazing!

If you’ve been following my business from the beginning, you might remember Maria and Carlos were one of my very first photo sessions. While visiting my mom in Eastern Washington, Maria found and booked me for her gender reveal with their first son, Benji, back in 2015 or 2016.

Since that first session, we’ve done family photos together twice. I’m so excited they have moved to the Puyallup area and can be a part of Spring Mini Sessions whenever they’d like! I love my Eastern Washington families and couples…but always secretly hope they’ll move next door like the Ardon family!

WELCOME TO WESTERN WASHINGTON ARDON’S! ♥ I’m so happy you made it to Spring Mini’s and can’t wait to see you all again, soon!

Scroll to the bottom where we got the cutest reactions out of baby Becky. I can’t wait to photograph how long her hair has gotten next year!

Family Mini Sessions will be available again May or August 2020. Holiday family portraits will be available November or December 2019. Get on the studio monthly newsletter for more info to come!

One of my favorite places. Lots of good meditation spots. I can even get Rob to meditate there. So much beauty and ancient magic.

They’re back!!! I was so excited when Sarah & Drew contacted me to take their Des Moines family photos in the same location we had documented their engagement photos years prior. View their engagement session HERE! Saltwater State Park is such a fun one to work at. We really have to watch that tide or […]

This was my THIRD time getting to work with Chris & Taylor! We documented our third session together at Brown’s Point Lighthouse Park in Tacoma, Wa. I was so excited when they contacted me to capture their maternity photos. Together, we have made some of the best work in my portfolio from Seattle nighttime engagement […]

Emily & Joe’s Seattle Ballroom Proposal was not an easy one to organize but worth EVERY effort. Oh, boy, did Joe give this his everything. Originally, We had planned on a hot air balloon proposal. He was going to propose as the balloon was inflated before they took off. However, the Seattle weather was not […]
