Titlow Lodge Photographer | Tess and Cameron

I first met Tess, Cameron, and Isolde at the 222 Market in Olympia, Washington. They were so down to earth, I knew their wedding day would be full of love and fun. We hit it off and I was immediately excited to be their wedding photographer! At their engagement session (VIEW HERE!) I met Tess’s oldest daughter, Luna, and Luna’s Dad, Levi. They all worked together so well as a blended family. Levi helped with the kiddos so I could get some photos of just Tess & Cameron after we got a few family shots. It was so cold so we worked fast but everything was so beautiful!

The next time we all got together was at their final venue walk through before the wedding at Titlow Lodge in Tacoma, Washington. I loved the vintage charm, the natural light in the bridal suite, and all of the wooden filigree. The venue is right on a community park with a large pond and trees. So easy for family and bridal portraits without walking far at all!

The day of the wedding finally came and the venue was a-buzz with family helping out and Cameron’s big smile! After meeting every one I went up to the bridal suite where Breanna Snelson of Love Your Haiir Co. was already hard at work! We had so much fun getting ready and playing with the girls. It was fun seeing Luna get all dressed up just like a mini bride!

After family photos, a beautiful wedding, more family photos, and bridals, every one had so much fun dancing and celebrating! Dinner was amazing. The best Gumbo and cornbread ever! Toasts really gave away the tightness and history in this family dynamic. Everything was so beautiful and I am so grateful to have been the one to document it!

Early October I got to experience an adventurous and romantic Swiss Autumn with my long distance partner. We traveled deep into the Swiss mountains, ate all the yummy food, met old friends, went to a dance party, made some new friends, enjoyed a private sauna with an impressive view, took naps, snuggled, and went on […]

We have to get a little creative here with our PNW Photojournalism. One of the first things you learn as a new natural light photographer is how incredible a big window can make any room look. A tiny corner in the most unassuming place, if sitting close to a window can produce the most magical […]

Tonight, I took the boys to the Everett Haunted Harbor community event! Everyone putting it on was so sweet and we all had a blast! Thank you to all the boat volunteers! We started with trick or treating at the boats, watching witches paddle board around the harbor, petting all the neighbor dogs, and watched […]

Hey, Mommas. Take a look at your babies now. Go ahead. Just take a quick peek. They grow. Today was a bit exhausting, wasn’t it? There were moments of things never being quite perfect. You tried your best and showed up in every way you could possibly think to and still, you fell short in […]
