Amelia & Tyler’s Backyard Fall Wedding is a 2020 story to pull at your heart. They are one of many couples whose big wedding has been interrupted by a WA shut down, but their marriage was not!
I am so grateful to have documented this special day for them. It was truly an honor to have a place at the family dinner table and get to know the family along side their pastor.
The table spread and florals are designed by Olivia Sloan Events. Olivia is Amy & Tyler’s wedding planner. When they had to put off the big wedding for a different summer, Olivia stepped in to help with their backyard nuptials. She did a BEAUTIFUL job turning the backyard pagoda into a lovely, homey, & intimate affair to remember.
I forget who Amy’s dress is by but it is beautiful and perfect for a backyard wedding! I love the texture and patterns.
Their Officiant was a man named Thad Huff. He did such an amazing job officiating the ceremony! I definitely recommend him for Christian Wedding Ceremonies! He is the senior pastor at Open Life Church in Bonney Lake. His contact info can be found at the Church’s website HERE.
The celebrations started with a first look followed by a pre-ceremony cocktail hour. After Cocktail hour, the family sat at the dinner table to watch the ceremony in front of the fireplace. After the ceremony, Tyler poured champagne and every one toasted the new couple!
Amy’s Father prepared a delicious southern menu including vegan friendly options! The food was SO GOOD! Wedding food is one of my job highlights.
Tyler’s Dad handed out their family farm honey as a wedding favor! He had no clue how thrilled Clynn was over this wedding favor when I got home. Clynn goes through honey like most families go through ketchup or peanut butter. We’re always buying more honey and he loves trying new kinds when we go to Farmer’s Markets. It was delicious and empty within a week or two!
CONGRATULATIONS, AMY & TYLER!!! Thank you so much for inviting me to document your intimate Backyard Fall Wedding.
